This was the  climax of our roller coaster ride of emotional turmoil for the previous several months. When we decided to sell our rental property, we found out that it had been majorly trashed - rotting rubbish in most rooms, dinner plate sized holes in a couple of doors, numerous and various holes in most walls, broken faucets, broken and damaged appliances, clothes and furniture in all cupboards and rooms including the garage. and lastly, a couple of years worth of dog poo in the yard.
